This is how a Czech patient with hereditary angioedema describes his experience with this rare disease. HAE Junior’s online awareness campaign, as part of Rare Diseases Day 2021 shared patients' insights in the form of videos and banners. Patients from the Czech Republic and abroad thus had the opportunity to share their experience with HAE. In addition, on Friday, February 26, the patient story "Chronic Absenteer with Poor Grades" was published in the supplement to Hospodářské noviny "We are rare!"
In total, the campaign, which took place between 15 and 28 February, reached more than 100,000 unique digital media users. It has thus achieved its goal of significantly raising awareness of the rare disease HAE.
