HAE Junior invites its members, healthcare professionals, partners, and supporters to join the #active4HAE challenge. This annual event is organised by the umbrella organisation HAE International as part of the global awareness campaign for HAE Day, celebrated on May 16th.
Thanks to our joint efforts, the Czech Republic has repeatedly reached the top ranks of the global leaderboard. We believe that this year, you will help us build on these past successes and further support awareness of the rare disease HAE!
Do you enjoy sports, going for walks, or simply relaxing with a book?
Simply go to the official portal at www.haeday.org and log these and other sports/leisure activities regularly between April 1 and May 31, 2026. First, create your profile, and then start recording your activities to earn badges. Step by step, we will work together to raise awareness of the rare disease HAE both in the Czech Republic and around the world.
To help us reach even more people, capture your activities in photos or videos and share them on Instagram or Facebook using the hashtag #active4HAE.
We encourage you to wear purple clothing or use purple sports equipment and accessories – even something as simple as a pen or a paintbrush. You can also snap a photo of purple flowers in your garden or on a hike – purple is the official colour of the global HAE Day campaign! For more inspiration, visit haeday.org.
